Accessing the Website, sending a message, or requesting information does not by itself create a professional, commercial, employment, partnership, agency, or advisory relationship. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
The collection and use of Personal Information are described in the Privacy Policy. Information about Cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie Policy. These policies form part of the legal information governing the Website.
PERMITTED USE
You may browse the Website and use its publicly available information for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You agree to use the Website in good faith and in a manner consistent with applicable law, public order, and the rights of the Website Owner and third parties.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not use the Website to:
- Commit, promote, or facilitate an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Infringe Copyright, Trademark, Privacy, Publicity, Confidentiality, or other rights.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit Website content without authorization or another valid legal basis.
- Introduce Malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or any technology intended to damage, test without authorization, disable, overload, or interfere with the Website.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its hosting, accounts, databases, source code, or connected systems.
- Use automated extraction, crawling, or data collection methods in a manner that violates applicable law, access controls, or these Terms.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unsolicited promotional content.
CONTENT AND PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Although reasonable care is taken when preparing it, Digital Platforms, Search Engines, Software, APIs, Security Practices, Artificial Intelligence tools, and legal or technical standards change frequently. Content may therefore become incomplete or outdated.
Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before making a decision that depends on such matters.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Examples, portfolio items, case studies, strategies, rankings, traffic results, performance improvements, sales, conversions, Automation outcomes, or Affiliate Marketing results describe particular work or experience. They do not guarantee that another project will achieve the same outcome.
SEO, Social Media performance, Ecommerce revenue, Digital Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, and business growth depend on many factors outside the Website Owner’s control. These may include competition, market demand, the client’s implementation, Website history, budgets, third-party platforms, Algorithm Updates, and changes to Search Engines or Social Networks.
Artificial Intelligence and Automation outputs may contain errors or require human review. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the client remains responsible for reviewing and approving business decisions, published content, legal claims, financial information, and material actions performed through an automated workflow.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Website’s original Text, Code, Design, Structure, Graphics, Logos, Images, Videos, Audio, Portfolio Materials, Downloads, and other content are owned by or lawfully licensed to Didac Soria. They are protected by Spanish, European, United States, and international Intellectual Property laws and treaties where applicable.
No ownership or license is transferred to you merely because you access the Website. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the intended use.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
If you believe that content on the Website infringes your Copyright, Trademark, or another Intellectual Property right, email [email protected] with:
- Your name, contact information, and authority to act for the rights holder.
- A clear identification of the protected work or right you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or sufficient information to locate the material.
- An explanation of the claimed infringement and any supporting documentation.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith.
This notice procedure is provided for efficient review. It does not represent a statement that Didac Soria is a United States Online Service Provider registered for a particular statutory safe harbor.
COMMENTS AND USER SUBMISSIONS
Where comments or submissions are enabled, they must relate to the relevant content and comply with these Terms. The Website Owner may moderate, reject, hide, or remove content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, infringing, unrelated, promotional, or reasonably considered Spam.
Do not publish confidential information or Personal Information belonging to another person. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant Didac Soria a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant Website feature. You retain ownership of your original submission.
AFFILIATE LINKS, SPONSORSHIPS, AND COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS
The Website may contain Affiliate Links, sponsored content, referral links, or recommendations involving a commercial relationship. When applicable, Didac Soria may receive a commission, payment, product, service, or another benefit without increasing the price paid by the user.
Material commercial relationships will be disclosed clearly and close to the relevant recommendation or link. A general statement in these Terms does not replace a specific disclosure where one is required. Recommendations are based on professional judgment or experience, but users should independently evaluate whether a product or service is appropriate for them.
EXTERNAL LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Website may link to third-party websites, software, Social Networks, platforms, plugins, hosting providers, marketplaces, or services. External links are provided for reference or convenience. Didac Soria does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, accuracy, content, pricing, terms, privacy practices, or performance.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies. A link does not imply approval, partnership, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the Website and information submitted through it. Communications are transmitted over HTTPS where supported. However, no Website, hosting platform, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The Website Owner may temporarily suspend, restrict, update, or discontinue part of the Website for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its publicly available content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranty is made that the Website will always be available, free of errors or harmful components, or that every item of information will be complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, duty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Didac Soria will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the publicly available Website content. This includes loss resulting from service interruptions, third-party links, Malware introduced by third parties, unauthorized use, or information that has become outdated.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or any other mandatory statutory protection. Liability for separately contracted professional services is governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, and mandatory law.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Questions or complaints may be submitted to [email protected]. Please include your name, contact information, the relevant service or transaction, and a clear description of the issue. Where required, official consumer complaint forms will be made available through the legally applicable channel.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution Platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025 and is therefore no longer included as a complaint channel. Consumers may consult the competent Consumer Protection authority or an applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution entity.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and use of the Website are generally governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts determined under applicable procedural and consumer law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this choice-of-law provision deprives you of mandatory protections or access to a competent court that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to you. Visitors and clients in the United States may therefore retain nonwaivable rights granted by an applicable federal or state law.
SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated to reflect Website changes, new services, or legal and regulatory requirements. The current version will be published on this page with its revision date. Material changes affecting an active contracted service will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
